• Approached properly, foreplay begins first thing in the morning and builds throughout the day. 
• Yes, I mean that literally. 
• You wake up, roll over, and face her: The way you look at her is important.
• You wake up, roll over, and face her: The way you touch her is important.
• You wake up, roll over, and face her: The first thing you say to her is important.
• Shower together. Wash her back. Slowly. 
• Make small gestures throughout the day: Bring her a cup of coffee. Leave a note in her purse. Take out the garbage without complaining. 
• Stay in touch throughout the day: Via phone, email, text and Facebook. Maybe Skype.
• There are a few additional aspects to foreplay…But we’ll get to them later.

Geez, the way some guys complain about foreplay, you’d think it was a dirty word. [Well, it can be dirty, but that’s a different topic.] 

• Foreplay.
• Women love foreplay.
• Actually, they need foreplay.
• This isn’t just my opinion. It’s biological. Wired-in. [You could look it up.]
• So get with the program.
• So take it slow. Put her first. 
• Maybe just ask her directly how she likes to be stimulated. 
• If you feel awkward doing that, then do this: Write her an erotic love note, and explain that you’d like her help to learn how to arouse her better.
• Hey…If you give her more of what she wants, why would she not give you more of what you want?! I’m just sayin’.

Where-oh-where is Doctor Ruth when we need her?? The younger generation—the Millenials—haven’t even heard of Doctor Ruth…she of diminutive stature, utterly unique vocal quality, and the superhuman ability to talk about sex without blushing. And here we are, half-way through 2014, and still, no one has taken Doctor Ruth’s place—as the voice of sex, the person you believe, the person who “owns” the branding of “America’s Sex Expert.” If I weren’t so wrapped-up in the Romance-Thing, I might consider going after the title of “Sex Expert.” The problem is that even though I know all that stuff, I still have a tendency to blush when talking about it in public.
